• As a C# .NET Web Developer, you will have a strong understanding of the C# programming language and experience working with web applications, client-server desktop applications & windows services.
• In addition, you will also be responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of company's platform technology.
• Develop and maintain scalable and secure server-side applications and APIs.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Design and implement efficient database structures and queries.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the stack.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in web development.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Responsibilities:
•Oversee quality control processes for mechanical installations and ensure compliance with project specifications.
•Conduct inspections, testing, and verification of mechanical systems, materials, and workmanship.
•Review and implement quality standards, procedures, and documentation.
•Identify and report non-conformities, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
•Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to maintain quality assurance.
•Prepare quality reports, inspections records, and compliance documentation.
•Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and project requirements.
Requirements:
•8–10 years of experience in mechanical quality control.
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
•Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, mechanical systems, and industry standards.
•Experience in inspections, testing procedures, and quality documentation.
•Bilingual in Arabic and English preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially with corporate clients.
- High accuracy and speed in data entry.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and systems.
- Basic knowledge of car maintenance services is a plus.
- Availability to work remotely on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee the installation, execution, and commissioning of HVAC & Plumbing systems for the Project.
•Ensure mechanical construction activities align with project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
•Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
•Monitor progress, resource allocation, and material delivery to prevent delays.
•Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for compliance.
•Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to specifications.
•Identify and resolve construction issues, design conflicts, and site challenges.
•Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, risk management protocols, and permit requirements.
•Prepare and submit progress reports, daily logs, and project documentation to senior management.
Requirements:
•Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
•Experience: Minimum 15 years in mechanical construction, preferably in stadium or large-scale projects.
•Certifications: PMP or Construction Management certifications are preferred.
•Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting system installation and coordination.
•Software Proficiency: Experience with AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and project management tools.
•Leadership: Proven ability to lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and meet project deadlines.
•Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot on-site challenges and implement effective solutions.
•Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in Arabic and English (Preferred).

The ideal candidate should have experience in Retail/FMCG , headed a finance department and can lead the following functions: - Accounting and reporting - FP&A - Costing and Inventory Control - Overseeing multiple branches among the Kingdome - Arabic Speaker who is also fluent in English - Effective presentation and communication skills
